Most of the people say either you get a job from college or through cocube or elitmus and they both are aptitude based, is that means I have to invest my time on these things as well to get a job ? I'm not saying I'm a pro in programming but yes I'm trying hard to become one by investing more time on learning new skills and nourishing it regularly with practice. So the million dollar question for me is, how I'm going to get a job as a fresher in India? I don't understand how the hack these companies judging student talent, they are filtering students like me in the very first round just because I was concentrating more on self-learned projects. And therefore most of the student who was preparing for bank PO or SSC getting profit. I'm in B.tech final year(cse) right now and most of the company visiting my campus take an aptitude test(i.e basically math) instead of any programming test or something. I know it is not the right place to ask but the question itching me so badly about the recruitment process in India, may get an answer here from some HR of r/india.
